Veterinary Technicians

Angela Tinker

Besides Angela Tinker's duties as a registered veterinary technician, she also manages the inventory of the hospital. She is a graduate of Purdue University and has been with New Haven Pet Hospital for over 17 years. She is proud to be part of the dedicated caring staff and of the high-quality medical care offered at the hospital. Angela's animal companions include Hilary, a French Bulldog; Magnus, a Boston Terrier; two cats, Tristan and Griffin, and two small turtles. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, camping, music, soccer and spending time with her daughter.

Ashley Peppler

Registered veterinary technician Ashley Peppler has helped care for pets at New Haven Pet Hospital since 2008. She takes pride in the excellent care offered at the hospital and loves working with the friendly staff and knowledgeable vets. Her hobbies include softball, bowling, reading and spending time with her husband, friends and family. She shares her home with a cat named Kobe.

Cynthia

A registered veterinary technician, Cynthia Burns also handles marketing and training for New Haven Pet Hospital. She enjoys working with the knowledgeable doctors and caring staff and likes using her various talents each day. When she's not at work, Cynthia enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking with her family, spending time with her daughter and hanging out around the fire pit with friends. She shares her home with one dog, Bailey, and three cats, Zena, Mushi, and Tori.

Jennifer Hammond

Jennifer Hammond has helped care for pets as a registered veterinary technician at New Haven Pet Hospital since 1999. She enjoys the family-like atmosphere at the hospital, as well as the high quality medicine available to clients and the many continuing education opportunities. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys horseback riding and runs her own stable where she cares for four horses, Banachec, Rudy, Emanors Rose and Chip. She is a member of the Arabian Horse Association and the National Show Horse Registry. Jennifer's hobbies include camping, hiking, trail riding, and taking her dogs Jake, Rosie and Blue Dog out for walks with her husband.

Nancy

Registered veterinary technician Nancy Irwin joined the New Haven Pet Hospital staff in 2007 but has worked in the animal care field since 1978. She loves working with pets and is glad to be part of the hospital's friendly, caring staff. When she's not at work, Nancy can be found baking, sewing, reading, playing the piano, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys the companionship of her two cuddly, loving, crazy cats, Moses and Elijah.
